Shipping policy

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.

Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes: We ship to P.O. Boxes using USPS. Please ensure that your P.O. Box is able to accept packages.

Lost or Damaged Packages: Shay Body Slim is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Shipping Restrictions: Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to U.S. Territories or APO/FPO addresses.
